Merchandise Delivery Return/Refund Policy

CEO Space International, Inc ™ educational product consists of a seven-day residency such that delivery constitutes the hosting of the class program. Any merchandise orders requiring shipment will be shipped within seven days to you.

No Warranties

All products and services offered by CEO Space international, inc are provided - as is -, - where is - and - as available - without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the contents, operation or your satisfaction. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CEO Space international, inc and its instructors, speakers and distribution partners disclaim all warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. For downloaded or streaming products, CEO Space international, inc makes no warranty that the product will meet your requirements, or that the delivery of the product will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does CEO Space international, inc many any warranties as to the results that may be obtained from the product or as to the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained within the product.

No Refunds

All sales are final once we deliver the product to our shipping provider, or otherwise deliver your order, such as through a streaming download. All monies paid and charges made are nonrefundable following said shipment or delivery. If CEO Space International, Inc does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by CEO Space International, Inc. All tuition proceeds are non refundable. Failure to attend a CEO Space International, Inc class will result in all tuition proceeds (including partial payments) being applied to a future class without student right to refund under contract terms. No refunds will be given and no charge backs will be allowed. By using our web site to purchase any products or services, you agree that the cardholder through the credit card issuer or its agent cannot refuse any credit card charges incurred by you for our products or services if the product or service has been provided or delivered by CEO Space International, Inc or its affiliates, agents or partners.

Limitation of Liability

The entire risk arising out of the use, delivery and/or performance of the products and/or services offered by CEO Space international, inc remains with you. In no event shall CEO Space international, inc or its affiliates, agents, officers, directors, or employees, be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of your use of this web site or any of the products or services available through this web site, even if CEO Space international, inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you, but they shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CEO Space International, Inc and its affiliates, agents, partners, instructors, speakers, service providers, distributors, licensors, officers, directors and employees from and against any claims, losses, damages or demands, including reasonably attorneys fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of or related to your (i) use of this website; (ii) purchase of products or services; (iii) violation of these terms; or (iv) violation of any law, regulation or third party right. Your indemnity obligations under this paragraph apply regardless of whether the action is in breach of contract, tort, negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, fraud, misrepresentation or any other form, including statutory claims.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Attorneys Fees

The laws of the United States and the State of Alabama shall govern these terms without regard to or application of any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Jurisdiction for any claims, actions or other proceedings shall be exclusively in the federal and/or state courts of Alabama. If either CEO Space International, Inc or you employ any attorneys to enforce these terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and costs.
